These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ziteyla.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Ziteyla ("Ziteyla", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions

We work hard to display products, specifications, dimensions and colors accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and dimensions are approximate. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Returns & Refunds policy.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and issue a full refund. We may limit quantities or decline any order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our checkout providers, and we never store your full card details. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Information page, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.

6. Assembly, installation and safe use

Many of our products require assembly, anchoring or installation. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and local building, electrical and fire codes. Propane appliances such as fire pit tables and patio heaters are for outdoor use only. Electrical products, including saunas, must be connected according to their specifications, and some require a licensed electrician. Ziteyla is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper assembly, installation, use or maintenance.

7. Warranties

Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, as stated on the product page or in the product documentation. Except for those warranties and where prohibited by law, products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziteyla will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Ziteyla and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners.

11. Reviews and communications

If you submit reviews, questions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Site. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and lawful.

12. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as payment and shipping providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Governing law and disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Ziteyla's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your state of residence give you additional rights.
