Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free to the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and most are delivered within 3–7 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Where do orders ship from?
From warehouses inside the United States, which is why delivery is fast.
How are large items like saunas and sheds delivered?
Oversized items may ship by freight. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery, which is curbside. Please inspect the boxes before signing and note any visible damage.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. boxes?
Not at this time. We ship to the lower 48 states only.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, and we never charge a restocking fee. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described. In that case we cover it.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Call +1 (505) 369-4075 or email support@ziteyla.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send replacement parts, a replacement item or a refund.
Products & Assembly
Do products come assembled?
Most large items, such as sheds, greenhouses, gazebos, saunas and furniture, ship flat-packed with hardware and instructions. Compressed sofa-in-a-box designs need no assembly.
Does an outdoor sauna need an electrician?
Many saunas, especially traditional 4.5kW heaters, need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Check the specifications on the product page.
Do electric fireplaces need venting?
No. Electric fireplaces plug into a standard outlet and need no chimney, gas line or venting.
Are propane tanks included with fire pit tables and patio heaters?
Propane tanks are typically sold separately. Most models use a standard 20 lb tank. Propane appliances are for outdoor use only.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge any time before it ships.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
